Do I need a UT EID to register?

No. The site was designed to access with or without a UT EID.

How do I pay for the registration?

Please go to MAYA MEETINGS REGISTRATION and click on the workshop and/or symposium and proceed to check out. The registration site was designed to accept major credit cards, so follow the instructions on the page. Once your workshop/conference payment has been processed you will immediately receive an email confirmation receipt. If you have not received an electronic receipt two weeks prior to the conference start dat or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
The Maya Meetings informs that we do not offer refunds on registrant's fees.

Does the workshop fee include materials?

Yes. The workshop fee does include materials for the appropriate workshop.

Will you provide certificates of assistance?

Yes. Certificates of assistance will be provided upon finishing the workshop if requested by participant in advanced.

What events will take place during the Maya Meetings?

The Maya Meetings will offer a combination of learning workshops and a symposium, a summary of which can be found on the Meetings page.


Does the workshop fee include hotel accommodations?

No. The fee does not include hotel accommodations. 

Does the workshop fee include meals?

No. Meals are not included in the workshop fee. 

Does the workshop fee include coffee breaks?

Yes. Workshop participants will have coffee breaks.
