Registration Instructions


 

Registration is now open!

We have three days of workshops, two days of Symposium, and a special exhibit! New this year, we have added the option to pre-order boxed lunches for the Symposium.

We also have a new registration system that took a while to be up and running, so we appreciate your patience! Please follow the instructions below, as the system is different from previous years. 

Package with all events and lunch options

If you are registering for more than one event, and if you wish to pre-order your lunch boxes, follow this link to the "Package" or cut-and-paste the following link into your browser:

If you plan to order the lunch boxes you will need to use the package link above and register by December 15. After that date the registration package will still be available but without the option for the lunch box. Note! The confirmation email you receive after you register will come from "The Sarah and Ernest Butler School of Music." That is correct.

 

Lunch options - before December 15

Enjoy the convenience of a picnic boxed lunch with a delicious main course (meat or vegetarian), fresh mixed berries, cookie, and water bottle. Sanwiches additionally come with a side of pasta salad, and salads with a mini-baguette. Friday January 12 options include Turkey Havarti on 9 Grain, or Kale, Cranberry & Pepita Salad. Saturday January 13 options include Roast Beef & Cheddar on Sourdough, or Caprese Salad. Please select a boxed lunch for Friday, Saturday, or both.

 

Conference T-Shirts - before December 15

If you plan to order a conference t-shirt you will need to pre-order one or more by December 15. After that date the t-shirt availability and size cannot be guaranteed. Please click here or use the separate tab on the right to go to the T-Shirt pre-order link.

 

Guests

If you wish to register for a guest through the Package link you can do so, as long as your guest is registering for all the same events as you. If so, please enter the guest name in the appropriate spot on the payment page before entering the credit card information.

If your guest wishes to register for a different combination of events, please register them separately through the package, or select from individual events below by going directly to each link.
