Visit our online registration website and select the "Register Now" button on the main page. When prompted for your Registration Type, choose "Virtual Attendee" and continue with the registration and check-out process to confirm your participation and submit your payment information. What if I registered for the in-person Symposium, but would like to access the live stream?
If you registered for the in-person Symposium, a few days before the start date you will receive a reminder email with conference details that will include the link and password information to access the live stream. This will give all our in-person registrants the flexibility to attend a selection of in-person Symposium activities, if they are not able to be physically present all day but still would like to be able to view the Symposium talks as they happen in real-time.
What conference activities will be live streamed and/or recorded for later access on the Online Video Archive?
Only the Symposium presentations (both days) will be live streamed and recorded for later access and viewing through our Online Video Archive.
Workshops will not be live streamed or recorded as they are designed to be in-person, hands-on learning experiences for The 2024 Mesoamerica Meetings.
Will the live stream have real-time captions?
No, the live stream will not have real-time captions; however, the recordings of the Symposium presentations that will be available for viewing in our Online Video Archive will include captions.
If I don't register to attend The 2024 Mesoamerica Meetings either in-person or virtually, can I still sign-up to access the Online Video Archive later?
