What conference activities will be live streamed and/or recorded for later access on the Online Video Archive?

I can't travel to Austin. How do I sign-up to access the live streamed Symposium?
Visit our online registration website and select the "Register Now" button on the main page. What if I registered for the in-person Symposium, but would like to access the live stream?
If you registered for the in-person Symposium, by Thursday, January 9th you will receive an email reminder with conference details that will include the link and password information to access the live stream. This will give all our in-person registrants the flexibility to attend a selection of in-person Symposium activities, if they are not able to be physically present all day but still would like to be able to view the Symposium talks as they happen in real-time.
I registered as a virtual attendee, but have not yet received the URL link or password to access the live stream of the Symposium. Where do I access this information?
The stream link and password to access the live stream of the Symposium presentations will be emailed to all virtual attendees by Thursday, January 9th. Thanks for your patience!
When will the Online Video Archive of recorded Symposium talks be available?
The Online Video Archive will be available in March 2025. Once launched, all registrants (both in-person and virtual attendees) will receive an email with details about how to access and login into the site. The site will be live and available for unlimited streaming until March 2026.
